What is Discovery? During the discovery stage, which is a two-day immersive, we intend to learn everything about you and your company, on a personal and professional level. We do this through one-on-one interviews with every employee, including managers and owners, as well as conversations with some of your customers. We look at messaging, phone and personal greeting, response time, collaboration, culture and other critical areas to determine where and how we can improve. Examples of discovery are:

  3. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
  4. Does your marketing match your culture? Do your promises match your deliverables?
